In memory of my grandfather, who lived til a blissful age of 91, with 5 generations of offspring.

I feel a warmth around me

like your presence is so near,
And I close my eyes to visualize
your face when you were here,
I endure the times we spent together
and they are locked inside my heart,
For as long as I have those memories
we will never be apart,
Even though we cannot speak no more
my voice is always there,
Because every night before I sleep
I have you in my prayer.

Bad year for our family.
Bad Christmas, bad boxing day, bad holiday, terrible way to end the year.

your passing on was hard on most of us..
the cremation ceremony..
when your lifeless body, in that block of wood went into the furnace and ignited almost instantly, we all started crying..
that painful atmosphere, all fresh in my mind..

you saw us right?

for the first time in my life, i saw my dad shed tears.

you know that we do miss you, no matter how distant we are from you
after all, you are our ah gong.
